Meet the dynamic duo leading the way in Guyana’s tourism and hospitality sector.
Salvador, affectionately known as “Mr. Guyana Google,” hails from Georgetown, Guyana. With a deep connection to his homeland, he managed Karanambu Lodge and contributed to sustainable tourism projects after extensive travels in South America. Now, with the Correia Group, Salvador spearheads the visionary development of Baganara Island Resort, making it a premier destination.

Andrea, the General Manager for Correia Group’s Tourism and Hospitality division, brings a wealth of international sales and marketing expertise. Returning to Guyana in 2010, she managed Karanambu Lodge and led Wilderness Explorers, promoting eco-sensitive tourism. Since November 2022, Andrea has served as GM for Evergreen Adventures and Baganara Island Resort. With a strong focus on sustainable tourism, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision for these ventures. Together, Salvador and Andrea form a dynamic team dedicated to showcasing the beauty and potential of Guyana’s tourism industry.

Shebana Daniels

Senior Supervisor, Multi-Destination Tours

Shebana Daniels brings over a decade of tourism expertise to her role as Senior Supervisor for Multi-Destination Tours at Evergreen Adventures. She specializes in trip planning, coordination, training, and film coordination. With five years of senior management experience at Kabalebo Nature Resort in Suriname, Shebana now leads Evergreen Adventures’ commitment to becoming "Your Tourism Concierge." She curates unique tours and multi-day itineraries for international business travelers, the Diplomatic Corps, and the Oil & Gas sector. Customer service is her top priority. As a licensed tour guide, Shebana has a passion for adventure and is known for sharing the beauty of Guyana’s pristine rainforest and her deep appreciation for diverse cultures.

Shelomi Williams, Evergreen Adventures' Baganara Sales and Reservation Supervisor, brings extensive experience to Baganara Island Resort. As a tourism ambassador for over six years, she is recognized for her warm and professional demeanor, exceptional customer service, and attention to detail. A skilled conflict resolver and mother of two, Shelomi is committed to enhancing service standards at Baganara Island Resort.
